For that Disney Princess/Avatar thing, maybe you could try Nala from Lion King as a firebender. I know she's not an actual Disney Princess, or... human for that matter but it would be interesting to see a lion firebend.
That would be interesting but I remembered I picked Esmerelda from Hunchback. Maybe I'll give the lions a go after I've done the humans
